Norwegian – IHD Account Support – Customer/Technical Support
About our client: Our client is the global leader of documents related solutions products and services. About the job: Job purpose Supporting client Key Customers by providing relevant services on all customer copiers, printers and fax machines Main responsibilities: · Be the primary country contact for customer on all escalations · Handle telephone/Web calls and deal with them promptly, efficiently and with empathy to ensure a positive experience for our customers · Facilitate or escalate customer issues and complaints, both internally and externally · Co-ordinate all consumable calls in order to enable dispatch of the company & Multi-vendor consumables to customers · Maintain accurate database information with software applications Skills required: · Good IT knowledge · Customer Service experience · Excellent knowledge of MS Office · Able to communicate with accuracy and clarity both verbal and written · Fluency in English and Norwegian Benefits offered: · Competitive salary · Life insurance · Pension scheme · Group discount scheme · Education & training · Sports & social association · Relocation Apply today for this fantastic opportunity to claire.raoux@adecco.ie
