French Inside Sales Executive Fluent French + English About our client: Our client is a multinational innovative consumer electronic and software products company. About the job: Job purpose Inside Sales Agents are responsible for taking inbound calls and making outbound cold calls to Business prospects in an effort to maximize revenue potential. Main responsibilities: • Taking full ownership and responsibility for all customers in account database always aiming to grow scope and value of account• Collecting customer information, providing product information and directly customers to other Apple resources as required.• Dealing with inbound and outbound calls (and e-mail) from and to customers, communicating special offers and other promotions• Maintaining regular contact with key influencers and building and strengthening the customer relationship• Maintaining regular communication with External/Field Sales, Account Manager(s) and Country Manager(s). Skills required: • Fluent in French• Excellent command (written and oral) of the English language• Advanced problem solving and/or sophisticated sales techniques• Ability to navigate computerised data entry system and/or other relevant applications.• Excellent communication skills and work ethic are essential competencies for this role• Ability to manage stress and thrive in a target driven environment• Excellent verbal & written skills, time management and organization abilities• A proven track record in sales• Experience in a quota driven environment (daily, weekly, monthly revenue goals)• Existing telesales and/or Account Management experience in a Contact Centre• 3rd Level qualification is an advantage, although relevant work experience may suffice Benefits offered: · Relocation package (flight + accommodation)· Cafeteria· Organised Sport and Social events· VHI (Medical Insurance)· Pension Plan· Life Assurance· Product Purchase Plan· Onsite ATM Apply today for this fantastic opportunity toana.borras@adecco.ie
