Details of the Job

Our clients are looking for a Contracts Manager for their project that entails the building of 6 x 780MWe Coal Fired Super Critical Boiler for a coal fired power station.

The role consists of management of all the contractual/commercial terms for the project including timelines, deliverables, documents and other controls.

Advise on the completion of major sub contracts and procurement contracts so that they are in line with the main contract, giving professional advise and support to the project team on any construction contractual issues.

The successful candidate would be a registered professional quantity Surveyor with legal qualifications also a minimum of 15 years relevant experience in the construction industry on large scale projects including power stations.
