Full time manager or Deputy or even senior carer for small residential home in Burnley. Must have prior supervisory or management experience in the care industry and hold the NVQ 3 at minimum, hopefully you will have the NVQ 4 and or RMA also. need to ba able to run the home in theabsence of the owner but if coming on as deputy or senior a lot of help is available to you from Regional Manager.
